Au Petit Salut

 

a French Bistro situated at Dempsey Road,

Harding Rd 40C,

a delightful place to dine for any occasions.

The restaurant offers two settings,

an air-conditioned  interior and a outdoor dining area

coupled with greeneries.

Featured is the starter in the Set Dinner Menu,

the Pan seared duck foie gras, strawberries,

green apple and Balsamic syrup.

Availability of both 3 and 4 courses sets,

which comes with selectable starters,

a main, dessert and beverage.

We would suggest this is the starter to get if you're having

the set.

Main was a Fillet of Black cod,
with quinoa, mussels, Chorizo and saffron dressing.
Not the most amazing cod in the world,
but still a good graded taste.

Be it the food, location, atmosphere presented, or the services,

the restaurant is highly regarded by me.

Only setbacks are that the prices are rather steep,

and because of the authentic French favours the
restaurant tries to deliver, some of the taste
may not be as appealing to Asians.


The experience here was very much pleasant.
Overall, a dining hangout we would recommend.
