Review for Central Hong Kong Cafe (The Star Vista)

2pm, and the stomach growling, here we are, at Star Vista once again.

So we had reviewed on an eatery with a feel from Japan before, now may we bring you a feel from Hong Kong.

The Central Hong Kong Cafe, is located in the heart and basement of Star Vista.
At first, we chose the Cafe because there was just a reasonable length in queue,
but entering, we were surprised by how much we were able to praise.
The Cafe's decoration attracted us as they portray a style of the 80's.

Menu offers lots of selections, cost is very much affordable, taste is splendid, service was good,
the presentations were neat. Really nothing for us to complain about.
So a midst the many dishes, I picked the Rice with Sliced Fish and Bitter Gourd, and my Bebe chose
the Prawn dumplings Noodle, both listed as Chef's recommended dish.

Aside from the main menu, another highlight of the shop was the Assortments Sticks, available at the counter.
This is an interesting choice for starters, side-dish, or just as takeaway snacks.
They offer Fish Balls, Fried or white, Dried bean curd, Pig Intestines, Cow Intestines, and others.

Prices of mains were roughly ranging from 6$ to 10, Assortments, at 1 for 2$, 3 for 6.
Really an incredible place, STRONGLY recommended.
