PlainVanilla Cupcakes

Some of my friends know that I've been crazy about cupcakes for 5 months already. I want to eat it, I want to learn it and I want to bake it myself.

"IF YOU'RE DETERMINED TO LEARN, NO ONE CAN STOP YOU"

So I spent some of my times for searching how to make cupcakes from online, youtube and borrowed baking books from library to get some recipes.
I wrote down some method and ingredients in my own baking book as well. I used to bake at my boo's house once a week to get better and better cupcakes. But I will tell you what. It's not easy at the first time and it didn't turn out what we expected for 3/4 times.
The shape of the cupcake, the texture, the sweetness of the frosting and how solid the frosting is. The amount of the ingredients, the oven temperature are also very important.
And of course, I must find some of the best cupcakes from local to do some research.

Me and Pokka finding this cupcakes shop for 2nd time then we can find that shop. I swear!!! It's not easy to find that place :( We tried to find Holland Village outlet and below is their outlets location.

Holland Village  •  34A Lorong Mambong, Singapore 277691. (We are on the second floor opposite Harry's Bar and above El Patio Mexican Restaurant & Wine Bar.)
Tiong Bahru Estate  •  1D Yong Siak Street, Singapore 168641

There're beautiful cupcakes waiting for us ^_^

We tried their Cookie & Cream, Walnut Vanilla Cream and butter cookie cupcakes. Cupcakes are S$3.50 for each.

The base cake is moist and good but frosting is a bit sweet for me. That is perfect for whoever have sweet tooth.

PnP rating is B
