A revisit to where baby spent her birthday in Feb, PnP celebrated our monthly anniversary at Dozo.
As usual, stepping into the restaurant, we were greeted by ever friendly welcoming staffs.
Dozo really have staffs that set them apart from other restaurants in Singapore,
Perhaps it's their friendly approach, perhaps it's their sincerity in serving customers, or perhaps it's their understanding of customers' needs, Dozo's services i would refer to as one of the tops, if not the best I've seen of all eateries.
Ok back to food.
Crab Bisque Cappuccino is what u see below.
A dish for seafood lovers to appreciate, there it look like soup, but is a mixture of contents of a crab and cappuccino.
Then you drink it like coffee. The sensation and presentation of this menu item is
fairly extraordinary.

Next in line. PnP introduce you to this cold dish, the
King Crab Claw Salad.
Refreshing and appetising, as a cold starter should be,
this salad will be just what you need to get your digestive systems warmed up
for the feast ahead.

King Crab Claw Salad Drizzled with Sesame Vinaigrette
Similar to what they did on my baby's birthday, the restaurants will serve
this plate when you highlight to them any event you are celebrating.
a generous and delightful thought by the restaurant,
something satisfying to add on to their already excellent services.
Not to mention the cake tastes good.
