UPs & DOWNs happen (Be positive)

Hey guys I've been jobless for almost 2 months since I resigned from my previous company. Frankly, it's what I did what I suffered and may be my luck for this year is not that good. I never prepare myself finding job in notice period 2 months before I left from previous company. I really don't know that normal finding jobs like searching from those job sites and newspapers are not worked for me to find suitable job nowadays in singapore. I got a few of job interviews somehow. I still cant find the right job for me and I start getting depression. I was thinking my luck isn't good and I went to temple and prayed a lot even at home every morning. Stucking in the room for the whole day, sitting in front of laptop for more than 6 hrs, eating junk food ( cup noodles, chips, crackers ), starving myself with sleeping.

OMG!!! my mentality becomes slow and unhealthy. I easily can get angry, over  worrying, narrow thinking, unconfident, insecure and upset. I'm totally not fine and I know it. I fail to see a negative occurrence as a experience and sometimes feel helpess and ultimately blaming my Bf without reason. This all happen because I forgot my past, how I gone through all difficulties in my past, how strong I was in my teenage to early 20s, how far I come alone until today. Comparing myself to others who are same age with me but they're rich, famous and lucky. It makes my self-esteem down as there's always people who are "better" than me and those who are "worse" than me. I should think that I'm luckier than those kids from Somalia. Comparing to them my happening is just nothing.

I should stop making myself in difficult condition and taking myself so seriously.
